                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF
                   CHANGE ORDER NO. 6 TO THE RENOVATION
                   CONTRACT FOR THE SOLDIERS AND SAILORS
                   MEMORIAL AUDITORIUM WITH C & I SPECIALTY
                   CO., INC.
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       execution of Change Order No. 6 to the Renovation Contract for 
the
       Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium with C & I Specialty 
Co.,
       Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein
       by reference.
